Choose your subscription plan above, place your order, and you’re in. You'll use the email you checked out with to make delivery frequency & product adjustments for future orders!
HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO MAKE CHANGES?
You can log into your account and enter the email address you used at check out to log in to adjust your upcoming order. Just click the Manage Subscriptions button once you’re logged in.
I NEED TO PAUSE - CAN I SKIP A SHIPMENT?
You've always got the option of adjusting as you go, skipping a month, or setting your next shipment for a specific date.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Through your account on https://sobercarpenter.com/account/login. But, be sure to change it before your next order is processed, aka midnight of the scheduled date.
WHAT IS THE WINDOW FOR ORDER CANCELLATION?
You can modify or cancel anytime before the day of your order. If you wish to cancel or modify after your payment is processed, please email our customer care team here at hey@sobercarpenter.com
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
No — since Sober Carpenter is alcohol-free, no ID or signature is required. We send tracking updates so you know which day you can expect your delivery. You can reach out to hey@sobercarpenter.com with any issues!
